If you have a question that you don’t see answered here, please feel free to contact me!
What is the jewelry made out of?
I make the little cupcakes and other yummy items out of polymer clay and coat them with a glossy clearcoat.
How big are the charms?
The sizes vary, but most of them are between 1/2 and 1 inch.
What do the different chain options look like?
You can view the different chain options here.
How long do the scents last?
How long the scent lasts depends on the scent used and can vary. The scents DO fade, some faster than others. My first test pieces from a few months ago still smell great, and I’ve heard of some scented clay pieces lasting for up to a year or two, but I’ve also heard that some can fade in only a few months.
How long will it take before my items ship?
I handcraft each item that I sell, and many of them are made to order. Generally, your item will be ready to ship within a week, unless I’ve told you otherwise. Some items take longer, and will say so in the item description.
Can I get my items shipped faster?
If you’d like your item to be ready in a hurry, please contact me to see if it’s a possibility. Some items can be done more quickly, but some items, like the cupcake scarves, just take more time to make. Some rush orders will be subject to a $10 rush fee, which I will discuss with you when you contact me. You may also contact me to arrange for Express Shipping.
Do you offer wholesale ordering?
I definitely do wholesale orders! Please contact me at info@pinksugarbakery.com for more information. Can I put the charms on my pet’s collar or give them to my toddler? It is NOT a good idea to let pets or small children at your items. Pets and kiddies can confuse these decorative goodies for the edible type, especially if they smell like real food. How durable is the jewelry? I have dropped, banged, and stomped on this stuff to test its strength. It’s stronger than it looks, although I wouldn’t suggest that you try the same methods of product testing that I did. Try to avoid leaving your items in direct sunlight or very hot conditions for an extended time. Also, the polymer clay items are water-resistant, but I wouldn’t submerge them, or expose them to hot water when you don’t have to. Most of the metal settings/findings can be damaged by exposure to water and should be kept dry. If you’d like to clean your charms, you could wipe them down with a damp Q-tip or just a dry cloth.
