SHIPPING
All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. If you need your item sooner, please contact me to arrange for Express Shipping.
If you have entered a shipping address outside the US, the shipping option available will be "Flat Rate", which is the rate for a small flat rate International Priority Mail box. If your item(s) will not fit in the small box, additional shipping fees may apply. If you would prefer to have your international order shipped via first class mail (which is less expensive, but takes longer) go ahead and complete the order with the "Flat Rate" shipping, and make sure to leave me a note in the special instructions field during checkout. I will refund the difference to you when I process the order.
Many of the items in my shop are made to order, and can therefore take up to one week to be shipped. If you are in a hurry to get your item, please contact me before making your purchase and I can tell you how quickly your item can be ready.
If an item that you want is “sold out” it means that it will take me longer to get it ready to ship. If you’d like to order an item that is listed as “sold out”, please contact me and I will put you on the waiting list.
I pack every order with care to ensure a safe arrival!
RETURNS
Every item that I sell is handcrafted, so there may be some slight variations from the items pictured in my shop. I pay meticulous attention to detail and quality, and would never ship an item out that I would not be proud to wear myself.My goal is to leave every customer 100% pleased as punch with her shopping experience. If you have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. Returns will be accepted on a case by case basis.
Refunds for accepted returns will be made via Paypal, and can only be processed up to 60 days from the date of payment. Return shipping may or may not be refunded, and I will also make this decision on a case by case basis.
CANCELLATIONS
I reserve the right to refuse to cancel an order. Most orders can be canceled until production takes place, and some can be canceled until they are shipped, but I will make this call on a case by case basis.
